When is the CutOff for placing my Order?

Orders must be placed by noon on Thursday for delivery the following Sunday or Monday.  Note that your account will default to weekly delivery unless we are notifed via email on this site that you wish to skip or cancel. 

Is the food organic?

We use many organic and locally grown products to ensure freshness and variety.

What are the calories and macros?

Calories and macros are individualized to help you meet your weekly nutritional goals. We believe that processed foods are part of what has made America such an unhealthy country and have made it our mission to use fresh, wholesome ingredients.

How long will my food stay fresh?

Meals are fresh, not frozen, so we recommend consuming them within one week of receipt.  We recommend you eat your seafood dishes and salads first for optimum taste and quality.  

How Do I Prepare My Meal?

Just vent the lid and microwave to preferred tempurature, usually 1.5-3 minutes on high setting.  Heat, eat and dispose of the recyclable container.

Meal Plans


Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume.


Each week, we adjust our menu to utilize whatever fresh ingredients our farmers have on hand. We also do our best to work with in-season produce. This way, we can keep prices down and honor our commitment to serving you the healthiest possible food. Our chefs constantly rotate, change and add dishes to our menus. So don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of variety to choose from.

For Classic Meals - you can choose each meals and update them as frequently as you'd like.


Please select any food allergies or preferences on the meal plan before you add it to your cart. Any allergies or preferences (up to 2 per account) may result in duplicate meals to avoid those that contain the unwanted items. If you have preferences or allergies not listed, please contact customer service.


All meal plans are Organic, unprocessed whole foods. Additionally they are all dairy free, gluten free, and soy free.

Meals are chosen for you and change weekly:

Paleo – meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. Excludes grains and legumes.

Clean Eating – meat, fish, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables.

Vegetarian – beans, legumes, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat and seafood.

Vegan –beans, legumes,, healthy complex carbs, and fruits and vegetables. Excludes meat, seafood, eggs or animal products of any kind.

You choose your own meals:

Classic - meat/fish, sweet potatoes or rice, and mixed vegetables.


Fitness needs fuel. The body will burn energy from this food more efficiently owing to the high-quality organic ingredients. If this is your entry into healthy eating, you will feel the boost right away.


The packaging of each individual meal is color coordinated so that you don’t have to spend time sorting through your meals every day.

Blue – Breakfast

Green – Lunch

Orange – Dinner


1 meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet.

2 meals Per Day – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week.

3 meals Per Day (Recommended) – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to eat right with no room for error on your part.

4 meals Per Day – You are an athlete or a bodybuilder! You spend over an hour exercising every day and you are looking to put on body mass.

A La Carte

What is the delivery minimum for a la carte?

$50 for free delivery, or added to Prepared Meal Package.

Is the weight shown cooked or uncooked?

The serving size and weight shown is for the cooked food. Typically meat and fish lose about 1/3 of their weight when cooked.


Can I do every other week deliveries? What if I go on vacation?

All accounts default to weekly delivery, so just email us on this site if you need to skip a week or wish to discontinue your service.

How often do you deliver and when?

We deliver on Sunday and Monday mornings during an agreed upon time window. We will make one attempt to deliver your meals.  Failure to be present to receive your meals will not result in refund.  For added convenience, you may leave a cooler with ice packs on your door step, access to your garage, etc. just be sure to let us know by email through this site if you have special delivery instructions.  Missed deliveries can be picked up at a mutually arranged time, please contact us via email on this site to arrange.


What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you aren’t home, FedEx will generally leave the package for you at your door. Because of the way our food is packaged, it will remain cold and fresh for you until you get home later that evening.

Will my food stay fresh while in transit?

Yes, your meals are carefully packaged to stay fresh for several hours after your delivery arrives. We recommend you put the contents in your refrigerator as soon as possible to maintain the freshness of your meals throughout the week.

How much will shipping cost?

Free shipping to anywhere in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska!

Will this be less environmentally friendly than if I were to buy the ingredients?

No. No matter how you get your food, there’s always a supply chain. Traditionally, a packer buys ingredients from a farmer, processes it, packages it and sells it to a distributor. The distributor then sells it to a retail store where the end consumer buys it. With Trifecta, we buy direct from the farmer, prepare and package it, and then ship the food to the consumer. You’ll see we cut two steps out of the chain!

Furthermore, since the food comes right to your door, you don’t need to drive to a retail store. So, this model further cuts back on “food miles.”

As for packaging, it’s comparable to what you would get when ingredients are bought at a retail store, plus it’s recyclable. Our plan is to allow more people to be able to experience the power of consistently eating well, while treading as lightly on the environment as possible.

How do I skip a week or more of delivery?

You can skip weeks anytime - we purchase all of our ingredients on Saturdays so please update your account by the Friday prior to delivery!

  • On the left-hand side, click "Subscriptions"
  • Click on "View" your current Subscription
  • Select "Skip Weeks"
  • Select from the upcoming 4 weeks delivery dates to skip
  • Skipped weeks will turn black and the SKIP button will change to UNSKIP.

To automatically have your delivery come every other week or once a month, please contact customer service.

Where do you deliver?

We ship everywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

What do I do with the box, trays, insulation and ice packs?

Our goal internally is to get to 100% biodegradability. Here’s what to do with our current products:

Cardboard Box: Just like many cardboard, our boxes are made with recyclable materials so the best way to dispose of them is either re-use, recycle or compost which takes approximately 2 months and can be accelerated by getting the cardboard wet when you add it to the compost.

Plastic Trays: Our plastic trays are food grade plastic and are 100% recyclable.

Styrofoam: While we are quickly moving away from Styrofoam to biodegradable corn panels (tests took place during summer of 2016) the current Styrofoam panels are 100% recyclable (available in most cities).

We ran a number of tests in 2016 using corn panels vs the styrofoam panels in the boxes.  They worked well during Spring, but really struggled during Summer. We are actively seeking a solution which will likely be a denser version of the corn panels that takes 60 days to break down vs 30 days and can go into your compost bin.

Ice packs: these contain food safe gel and can be re-used! Alternatively, you can also drain them and recycle the outer plastic case.

What if I need to update my shipping address?

You can update your address on your Account Page; make sure to do this by the Friday prior to delivery to ensure we send it to the correct address. It will remain this address moving forward unless you make additional changes.

If for some reason you aren't able to update the address in time (the Friday prior to delivery), please contact us directly and we'll do our best to get your delivery out to the correct address.

Managing My Account

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, we will send you weekly deliveries. There is no minimum commitment so you can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff.  You’ll need to make any changes before the Friday, a week before your expected delivery date.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

We are confident that you will enjoy your meals, so there is no contract to sign and no minimum commitment.  Meals will be prepared for you weekly until you notify us that you wish to discontinue service.  Please let us know via email on this site by Thursday at noon if you need to make changes to your order or discontinue service.

What is the cutoff date to skip a week, change my order, or cancel?

Thursday at noon for deliveries the following Saturday or Sunday. 

How do I turn off my account?

Because we plan our meals in advance, we require 7 days advance notice for turning off an account.

There’s no need to turn off an account if you just need to skip a delivery. Just give us 7 days’ notice.

When will you charge my card?

We will charge your card immediately when you place your first order then each Thursday before your scheduled delivery.
