Fully Prepared Meals – “Just Heat and Eat!”
Perfect for the "clean" eater or athlete, these meals consist of choice of protein,complex carbohydrates like, brown rice or sweet potato and vegetable with no sauces.
A rotating assortment of classic dishes with weekly seasonal specials! Examples include Chicken Pot Pie with Cranberry Sauce, Balsamic Blue Sirloin Burger with Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans, and Jerk Salmon with Yellow Rice and Mango Salsa.
A variety of delicious vegetarian dishes. Examples include Vegetable Pot Stickers with Teriyaki Rice, Veggie Burger with Roasted Potatoes, and Grilled Eggplant with Pasta Marinara.
An expanded menu for the more sophisticated palate. Examples include Seafood Newberg, Rack of Lamb, Surf and Turf with twice baked potato and Roasted Brussel Sprouts; and Crab Cakes with Sweet Potato Mash or wild mushroom risotto.
A la carte is ideal for macro-counters and meal preppers who want to assemble their own highly nutritious meals using whole, clean, ready-to-eat ingredients. This option is especially good for those who want a lot of high quality protein in their diet. All items are packaged in bulk (16 or 32 oz packages).

Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume by professional chefs. Our amazing team of chefs use all organic ingredients, grass-fed meat and wild-caught seafood.
We don't ship meals, we just deliver them in limited areas of Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Estero.
We accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and our entire menu is free of gluten, dairy, and soy. We can accommodate up to 2 food preferences to avoid giving you duplicate meals.

Our meals are made from scratch by professional chefs with truly healthy ingredients (no additives -- you will recognize everything on the ingredients list). We have heard thousands of times that our food is hands down the best in the industry.
This depends on your nutritional goals. Many people appreciate the structure and convenience of the ten meal plan, which allows more dietary freedom during the weekend. Clients with weight loss goals may wish to maintain healthy eating all week with the 14 meal plan, and body builders and athletes often prefer the 21 meal plan to assist with muscle growth and weight maintenence/weight gain despite intense exercise. You can adjust your order week to week if necessary.
Your subscription will default to weekly deliveries, or you can switch it to every other week or once a month. There is no minimum commitment, so you can skip a delivery or cancel at any time before the weekly cutoff. We ask that you make any changes by Friday, a week before your expected delivery date.
Just vent the lid and microwave to preferred tempurature, usually 1.5-3 minutes on high setting. Heat, eat and dispose of the recyclable container.
Diet is probably close to 80% of the health equation so starting off with healthy, whole foods and by controlling your calories, you will begin to lose fat and build lean muscle right away. This is especially true if you’ve had a poor diet in the past. We promote “eat like you train” as food is the often forgotten but essential aspect of getting healthy.
